Fitch Learning and Banque Saudi Fransi Launch Banker Associate Program Following Completion of the 2021 Cohort
Fitch Learning and Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) announced today a new 2022 Banker Associate Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) after the successful graduation of the 2021 cohort. The program will run from September 2022 until March 2023.
The latest successful cohort graduated on 15th August 2022 at a ceremony held in BSF’s head office.
This year saw 22 of BSF’s Banker Associates graduate from the program, accelerating their careers in BSF by gaining the right mix of business knowledge, entrepreneurial insight and financial skills to be recognized as future leaders in the company.
The program this year includes five streams of skills development covering general business, credit risk, market risk, digital banking, retail banking and a finance stream. It will be launched on 12 September 2022.
