Terms & Conditions for Bundle offer Campaign


1. The Campaign Period

The Campaign is organized by Banque Saudi Fransi and runs from October 1st 2020 until December 2nd 2020.

2. The Campaign

  • The Campaign is only applicable to bundle products offering personal finance and Visa credit cards together.
  • The Campaign offers the reward as per the below table:

3. Eligibility

  • Customer shall have an active bank account with the Bank.
  • The Customer’s salary must be deposited with the Bank by his/her employer.
  • Customers must apply for the Bundle Products. Thus, standalone applications and any other type of credit cards will not be eligible to be considered under the Campaign.
  • The Customer must submit his\her application within the Campaign Period.
  • Customer must register in the Bank’s Jana Rewards Program.
  • The Bank’s employees will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.



4. Other Conditions

  • By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • If the Customer cancels the Visa credit card he\she will not be entitled for the Prize.
  • Each Eligible Customer shall be eligible to win one (1) Prize only.
  • Delinquent Customers prior or during the Campaign Period will not be eligible for a Prize.
  • Physical Prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Prize will be handed over in the Bank’s Head Office, cost of transfer / shipment to other cities will be at the Customer’s cost.
  • Real estate Prize will be a choice of the Bank and the Customer does not have the right to modify its standards, type, location, etc…
  • The Campaign Prize will be awarded to the winners after thirty (30) days post completion of the Campaign Period.
  • Any notification by the Bank pertains the Campaign or the Prize will be sent to the Customer in writing or through any communication channels approved by the Bank to the Customer's address registered in the Bank's records. The Customer shall be responsible to ensure that he/she provides the Bank with the correct and valid address in order to ensure that all notifications related to the Campaign and the Prize are received adequately.

  • In no event shall the Bank, any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage or expenses arising out of or otherwise related to the Campaign. In Addition, the Bank shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, fire, flood or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.
  • The Bank reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice (30 days prior any change) to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) (“Amendment”) any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Notification to the Eligible Customer in respect of the Amendment shall be affected at the Bank’s absolute discretion through any means of communication approved by the Bank to the Eligible Customers’ address registered with the Bank or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment via the Bank's website, social media channels or by any other means of notification which the Bank may select. The Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customer as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by the Bank in the notification. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign upon giving adequate notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign shall not entitle any Eligible Customer to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prize.
  • Any and all decision made by the Bank in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, shall be final and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protest, appeals or enquiries will not be entertained.

5. Prize Delivery

Once the draw is completed, the winning Customer will take possession of the Prize. In the event that the winning Customer is not present at the draw, the Customer will be contacted and informed about the draw results and to take possession of their Prize from the Bank’s Head Office.
