Facts about FransiMobile

• All sensitive dates are not stored on the mobile memory but stored at the bank's server
• FransiMobile is compatible with almost all types of mobiles
• You can only log in from your mobile that has the same number available in our records

Through FransiPlus you can register to FransiMobile following the below steps:

1. Visit our electronic retail banking services website www.FransiPlus.com
2. Log on to FransiPlus and Click on FransiMobile from the main menu

• You need to register to FransiPlus if you are not a member
  
  1. Confirm that your mobile number is registered correctly in FransiPlus and select your:
           a. mobile phone brand and model number
           b. user name
           c. password
           d. and then click submit

• You will need to change mobile number if it is not showing correctly using the side menu
• If you don't find your specific mobile phone brand and model number, please choose either; default windows or default Java

Review your information and click Submit to confirm

You will receive SMS with activation code on your mobile phone in order for you to confirm the transaction and then click Activate

You will receive now another SMS containing a link to download application

After installing the application on your mobile you can start to enjoy FransiMobile services

FransiMobile - Security Tips

• You can only access FransiMobile through the registration process on FransiPlus, this provides you with additional security on your information
• FransiMobile has its own password, that could be different from FransiPlus  password, that is any six digits numeric
• In case you forgot FransiMobile password, you will have to use your personal information such as; ATM, PIN, Account number and ID number in order to reactivate
• The SMS activation code will only be sent to your mobile number registered in FransiPlus that you will use to authorize any changes
• Session time out is 5 min and it then gets shutdown automatically. This will help to secure your information in case you have left the mobile unattended

You can only access your personal account through the specified SIM card and mobile device defined in FransiPlus
