This includes the two business segments of Community Business and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Community Business segment includes customers with Sales of SR 20.00 MM to SR 70.00 MM and SME segment includes customers with Sales of SR 5.0 MM to SR 20.00 MM respectively. Credit Products are offered to clients operating in certain industries such as Sharia compliant facilities, funded facilities, Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee. Furthermore, The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) KAFALA program can be offered to the qualified customers under the scheme. Teams in SME’s are handled in each region by a Team Leader supported by Relationship Managers / Officers and Operations Assistants.
